Texans For Greg Abbott Presents: “Stacy”

AUSTIN – Today, Texans For Greg Abbott released its next television ad of the general election cycle entitled, “Stacy.” The ad features the heartbreaking story of Stacy Langhum’s son, Diego, and the dangerous loose bail policies supported by Beto O’Rourke. The ad will run statewide.

STACY LANGHUM: “It’s a parent’s worst nightmare. My son Diego was murdered. The county released the gunman on bond. He violated it thirty-seven times and then shot another person.”

  1. Corey Hodge Shot And Killed Diego Langhum In April 2021 And Was Released On Bond In October 2021. “18-year-old Diego Langhum’s life came to a violent end on April 17, 2021, at 1455 Lakeside Estates Drive. Police say 18-year-old Corey Hodge killed Diego and shot and wounded his friend. … On July 12, 2021, police say Hodge shot and wounded another man. He was charged with murder and two counts of aggravated assault last August.
