EL PASO – Governor Greg Abbott today motivated grassroots conservatives in El Paso as part of his statewide “Let’s Roll” Get-Out-The-Vote tour, urging Texans to get out and vote early to keep Texas red.
“We don’t win by sitting on the sidelines, and we don’t keep Texas strong by assuming someone else will do the work,” said Governor Abbott. “The future of this state will be decided by the people who show up. Yard signs don’t win elections, voters win elections. To ensure Texas remains the strongest state in the nation, we cannot take any election for granted. Our mission must be to turn out, vote early, and bring others with you to keep Texas, Texas.”
During the stop, Governor Abbott highlighted his record of securing the border, supporting law enforcement, and driving economic growth across Texas. He also discussed his five-point Property Tax reform plan to rein in local government spending and deliver lasting relief to homeowners.
Early Voting Information
Early voting is underway. Texans can find their closest polling location, hours of operation, and sample ballots by visiting VoteTexas.gov or their county election website. Voters are encouraged to cast their ballots early to avoid lines on Election Day and ensure their voices are heard.
