Governor Abbott Fires Up Northeast Texas Voters at His ‘Let’s Roll’ GOTV Event in Texarkana

TEXARKANA — Governor Greg Abbott and his “Let’s Roll” Get-Out-The-Vote (GOTV) tour stopped today at Lost Pizza Co in Texarkana. The Governor, joined by Republican candidate for House District 1 Chris Spencer, emphasized the importance of this election. He contrasted the differences between him and his opponent and encouraged those that have not yet voted to get out tomorrow and vote.

“Gina Hinojosa’s record is clear: she voted to allow men in women’s locker rooms, boys in girls’ sports, and men and women to share private spaces,” said Governor Abbott. “I have fought to protect women’s sports and safeguard the privacy of girls across Texas. Texans deserve a Governor who will protect their daughters, not put their privacy and safety at risk.”
