In another win for the Second Amendment this week, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF) backed down on a proposed ban of popular green-tip bullets. The agency was inundated with over 80,000 comments opposing a ban, they decided at this time not to pursue the ammunition ban.
We have listened to the comments that people have put it, and by the sheer volume and critical nature, we’ve decided to put this on hold and study it further,” ATF spokeswoman Danette Seward said.
