AUSTIN – The Associated Plumbing-Heating-Cooling Contractors of Texas PAC (PHCC PAC) today endorsed Governor Greg Abbott for re-election. PHCC PAC plays an active role in the legislative process by representing the interests of business owners and professionals in the Texas plumbing and HVAC industries. In a video, Sam Dowdy of the PHCC PAC praised Governor Abbott’s support of small businesses and economic growth in Texas. Dowdy said, “Governor Abbott understands that small businesses are at the core of the Texas economy and he has created a climate that allows our members to succeed and grow their businesses. Since taking office, he has led the charge to lower taxes, create a predictable regulatory environment, and attract more investments to the state of Texas.”
