Donor Info

Texas law prohibits our campaign from accepting contributions that we know come from corporations, or come from organizations owned, in whole or in part, by a corporation. As defined, a corporation includes the following entities:
· An incorporated entity
· Banks
· Trust Companies
· Savings & Loan Associations or Companies
· Insurance Companies
· Reciprocal or Interinsurance Exchanges
· Railroad Companies
· Cemetery Companies
· Government-Regulated Cooperatives
· Stock Companies
· Abstract and Title Insurance Companies

Contributions from companies that do not fall under these prohibited types of businesses are permitted. Similarly, Texas law allows us to accept contributions from individuals, provided the contributor is a United States Citizen or a foreign national with a valid green card.

Contributions to Texans for Greg Abbott are not deductible for federal income tax purposes.
