AUSTIN – Empower Texans today endorsed Greg Abbott for re-election as governor of Texas. Michael Quinn Sullivan, president of Empower Texans, spoke highly of Governor Abbott’s commitment to conservative ideals in a recently released video. In part, he said, “We’re proud to endorse Governor Greg Abbott for re-election to Texas’ highest office. He’s pushed reforms that protect property rights, de-fang bureaucracies and restrict government’s reach into the decisions of small businesses.”
“I am honored to receive the endorsement of Empower Texans,” said Governor Abbott. “I look forward to the next four years as we continue our work together to maximize personal liberty and promote conservative principles in Texas.”
