AUSTIN – Democrat gubernatorial candidate Gina Hinojosa today filed a baseless lawsuit in her official capacity as a state representative, seeking state records for the benefit of her political campaign. Within just two hours of the lawsuit being filed, all documents legally required to dismiss the case were filed.
