AUSTIN – Governor Greg Abbott today publicly endorsed Katrina Pierson for House District 33 and called on Texans to unite behind her as their next State Representative at a campaign event in Rockwall.
“For Texans in House District 33, it is time for a change, and Katrina Pierson will deliver that change in Austin as your next State Representative,” said Governor Abbott. “Before Katrina even entered this race, she has been a border hawk and will make sure that we continue securing our nation’s border. Katrina Pierson is the right person to represent each of you and will work to ensure that your values are represented in the Texas House.”
During the event, Governor Abbott highlighted Katrina Pierson’s dedication to strong border policies and longtime record of fighting for conservative values during her time working with President Donald J. Trump. The Governor also praised her advocacy for every parent’s right to choose the best school for their children and keeping property taxes low for every Texan.
