AUSTIN — Governor Greg Abbott today announced he is endorsing Jeff Bauknight for House District 30.
“Jeff Bauknight is the kind of new conservative leader we need in Austin to deliver results in the Texas House,” said Governor Abbott. “As Mayor for the City of Victoria, Jeff cut property taxes, backed law enforcement, and fought to ensure children were not allowed access to inappropriate books in the public library. I know Jeff will be a dependable partner in Austin as we work to secure our southern border and expand school choice for all Texas families. I am proud to endorse Jeff Bauknight, and I urge all Texans in House District 30 to join me in supporting him this year.”
