Governor Abbott Endorses Judge Josh Burgess For Re-Election To The 352nd District Court

AUSTIN – Governor Greg Abbott today endorsed Judge Josh Burgess for re-election to the 352nd District Court of Tarrant County. Governor Abbott is grateful for Judge Burgess’ keen legal mind, understanding of Constitutional principles, and commitment to serving the people of Texas. Governor Abbott appointed Judge Burgess to the 352nd District Court in August 2017.

“Judge Burgess is a fierce advocate for a transparent and honest judicial system, and understands the importance of maintaining a high regard for the Constitution and the rule of law,” said Governor Abbott. “I am confident that Judge Burgess will continue to demonstrate exemplary leadership on the 352nd District Court, and I am proud to support him for re-election.
