AUSTIN – Governor Greg Abbott today endorsed Dallas County Representative Morgan Meyer for re-election to the Texas House. Representative Meyer was an instrumental figure in the passage of important reforms to Texas’ property tax and school finance systems, and he led the effort to combat online sexual harassment by authoring House Bill 2789. Governor Abbott is grateful for Representative Meyer’s dynamic leadership in the Legislature, and is proud to endorse him for another term.
