AUSTIN – Governor Greg Abbott today endorsed Representative Kyle Kacal for re-election to the Texas House. Representative Kacal demonstrated bold leadership throughout the 86th Legislative Session, and worked hard to rein in skyrocketing property taxes and reform our school finance system.
