AUSTIN — Governor Greg Abbott today announced that he is endorsing Representative Matt Shaheen for House District 66.
“Matt Shaheen is a strong conservative fighter, and his work in the Texas House helped bolster Texas’ ongoing border security mission and slash property taxes for hardworking Texans,” said Governor Abbott. “As we continue our fight to expand education freedom for all Texas families, I need Matt back in Austin to help me carry school choice across the finish line. I am proud to endorse Representative Matt Shaheen, and I urge all Texans across House District 66 to join me in supporting him for re-election.”
