TEMPLE — Governor Greg Abbott today brought his “Let’s Roll” Get-Out-The-Vote (GOTV) tour to Clem Mikeska’s Bar-B-Q in Temple. The Governor was joined by Representative Brad Buckley and Representative Hillary Hickland.
“As Governor, I have made slashing property taxes and keeping Texas safe and affordable my top priorities,” said Governor Abbott. ” Gina Hinojosa has a fundamentally different approach. She supports a state income tax and voted to increase Texans’ property taxes 40 times. Hinojosa wants to recklessly spend your money, but I believe that Texas families know how to spend their money better than the government does.”
