HUTTO — Governor Greg Abbott took his “Let’s Roll” Get-Out-The-Vote (GOTV) tour into Texas neighborhoods today, kicking off a block walk and going door to door to speak directly with voters to encourage participation in the election. The Governor was joined by Representative Caroline Harris Davila.
“Door-to-door voter contact is the most effective way to get people out to vote,” said Governor Abbott. “Texans want to see their Governor show up in their communities, meet their families, and listen to what matters most to them. Every conversation is an opportunity to hear their concerns. By talking directly with voters, we will remind them that their voices and their values matter. Together, we will keep Texas, Texas.”
