AUSTIN – Governor Greg Abbott today welcomed Danish Ambassador to the United States Lars Lose to Austin, as the two leaders spoke of increasing economic collaboration between Denmark and Texas. A readout of the meeting can be found below.
Governor Abbott thanked Ambassador Lose for visiting Texas, and discussed ways to grow the productive trade relationship between Denmark and Texas. The Governor and Ambassador also spoke on the importance of investing in renewable energy and increasing collaboration between the two leaders on energy issues. They also emphasized their efforts to continue supporting the booming technology sector in their respective economies. The Governor expressed his gratitude for the Ambassador’s work to improve Denmark ‘s partnership with Texas.
