AUSTIN — Governor Greg Abbott yesterday urged Texans to support Representative Stephanie Klick for House District 91 during a volunteer kickoff event in Watagua. After the kickoff, Governor Abbott joined volunteers and supporters to go door-to-door in the neighborhood and called on Texans to re-elect Representative Klick to the Texas House.

“Our state remains a beacon of freedom and opportunity because of leaders like Stephanie Klick who are willing to fight for conservative values in the Texas House,” said Governor Abbott. “From passing a historic property tax cut to helping us secure the border, Representative Klick was a critical part of the major conservative wins that we accomplished last year. As we go door-to-door today, remember that your community deserves a State Representative who will work with me to empower parents in their children’s education and fight for your values.”

At the kickoff event, Governor Abbott praised Representative Klick’s dedication to conservative values like securing the border and empowering parents. The Governor also pointed out Representative Klick’s strong track record in the Texas House, such as helping pass laws to protect the unborn and ban gender modification surgery on minors.
