AUSTIN – Governor Greg Abbott today received the endorsement of the Exotic Wildlife Association (EWA), a leading wildlife conservation organization.
“I am honored to receive the endorsement of the Exotic Wildlife Association,” said Governor Abbott. “Texas landowners and conservationists are the true stewards of our state’s natural resources. From our wildlife and habitat to our hunting heritage, these men and women ensure that Texas remains a land of opportunity for generations to come. I will always support Texas landowners and defend the traditions that make Texas great.”
“The Exotic Wildlife Association is proud to endorse Governor Abbott for re-election,” said Dave Henry, President of the Exotic Wildlife Association. “Throughout his tenure, Governor Abbott has demonstrated a steady commitment to supporting Texas ranchers, conservationists, and private landowners who play a vital role in responsible exotic wildlife management. We commend his dedication to protecting these values for generations to come.”
Founded in 1967, the EWA is the oldest and most established organization in North America dedicated to the preservation and management of exotic hoof stock through private ownership. Headquartered in Kerrville, Texas, EWA represents ranchers, landowners, and conservationists across the U.S. and abroad who are committed to ethical wildlife stewardship.
