AUSTIN – Governor Greg Abbott tonight congratulated Jake Ellzey on winning the Republican primary for House District 10. The Governor endorsed Jake Ellzey in January 2020 and recently campaigned with him at a Get Out the Vote event in Waxahachie.
“Jake Ellzey faithfully served our nation in the United States Navy, and I am confident he will bring that same leadership and work ethic to the Texas House,” said Governor Abbott. “Jake is focused on the issues that matter most to his constituents, and I congratulate him on tonight’s victory. Thank you also to his supporters and the voters of House District 10 for doing their part to build a better future for Texas.”
