AUSTIN – Today, Governor Greg Abbott announced that he is endorsing Representing Giovanni Capriglione for re-election to House District 98. Capriglione has served in the Texas Legislature since 2013.
“As a respected leader on the House Appropriations Committee, Representative Capriglione has saved millions of taxpayer dollars by reducing waste, fraud and abuse in our state budget. He supported our increased border security measures, including building a Texas Border Wall, and has been a key ally in reducing the burden of property taxes on all Texans. I’m proud to endorse Giovanni Capriglione and I hope everyone in Tarrant County will join me in supporting him in this year’s election,” said Governor Abbott.
