AUSTIN – Governor Greg Abbott announced today that he is endorsing Representative Stephanie Klick for re-election to House District 91. First elected to the Texas House in 2012, Representative Klick is a Registered Nurse and lifelong conservative.
Governor Abbott said, “Stephanie Klick has been a good friend and staunch supporter of our conservative agenda. As one of the state’s premier pro-life warriors, she co-authored the landmark Heartbeat Bill. Representative Klick also supported the expansion of Second Amendment freedoms with Constitutional Carry, and has worked to keep dangerous criminals off the street. I was proud to sign a bill into law, authored by Representative Klick, which protects injured police officers from rioters and the liberal mob.”
