AUSTIN – Governor Greg Abbott announced today his endorsement of Senator Kelly Hancock for re-election to Senate District 9. Senator Hancock has served in the Texas Senate since 2013. Before that he served in the Texas House.
“Senator Hancock has shown proven leadership, advocating for the core conservative principles of lower taxes, limited government and traditional family values. Senator Hancock sits on the budget-writing Senate Finance Committee and works hard to make sure Texas taxpayer dollars aren’t wasted. I urge everyone in the Metroplex to support Senator Hancock in this year’s election,” said Governor Abbott.
