AUSTIN – Governor Greg Abbott tonight congratulated Representative Ernest Bailes following his victory in House District 18.
“I thank the people of Liberty, San Jacinto, and Walker Counties for re-electing Representative Bailes to serve in the Texas House,” said Governor Abbott. “Ernest serves as a strong voice in the Texas House and was instrumental on passing legislation to make our schools safer, improve emergency preparedness, and rein in taxes for Texas homeowners.
