Even the Obama Administration is realizing that ObamaCare is an unrealistic burden on businesses.

The expensive, job-killing healthcare takeover has hit yet another snag:

The Obama administration is  postponing for one year the requirement that businesses cover their workers under Obamacare.

The administration said late Tuesday that the move recognized that the reporting requirements – the steps businesses have to take to show they were complying with the rules — were complex and they would try to streamline them over the next year.

This shocking admission from Washington confirms what conservatives have been raising the alarm about since ObamaCare was signed into law: this massive expansion of government will hurt businesses and raise costs.

A one-year delay for businesses is a start. But Texans know that this misguided, government overhaul will not be fully defeated until it is fully repealed.

Greg Abbott filed a lawsuit against ObamaCare the day it was signed into law. Now, he is continuing the fight at every level, challenging the law’s crushing costs and mandates on behalf of Texans at every opportunity.
