AUSTIN – Gina Hinojosa wants Texas public schools to be socialist indoctrination stations. She voted for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and Critical Race Theory, voted against efforts to ensure students learn and value Texan and American ideals, and voted against giving parents a voice in their children’s education.

“Texas schools should teach kids the foundational skills they need to learn, grow, and succeed, not indoctrinate them with the radical left’s socialist agenda. Gina would rather expose your children to drag queen story hour than teach our students the principles that made Texas and America exceptional — and she wants parents to have no say in the matter. She calls herself a ‘Mad Mom.’ We agree: her extreme agenda is completely mad, and we will not let her bring it into our children’s classroom.”

– Eduardo Leal, Texans for Greg Abbott Press Secretary
