AUSTIN – The Recreational Fishing Alliance of Texas PAC (RFA Texas) today endorsed Governor Greg Abbott for re-election. RFA Texas seeks to secure fishing rights for Saltwater Anglers in the Lone Star State and safeguard jobs in the marine, boat, and tackle industries. In a video, RFA Texas member Bobby Grumbles highlighted Governor Abbott’s willingness to fight big government regulations and protect the hard working men and women of this field. Grumbles said, “Governor Abbott listens when we bring forth any issue involving our fishing rights. The RFA Texas is proud to endorse Governor Greg Abbott because of his firm belief in states’ rights and his support of the one million plus Texas Saltwater Anglers when our fishing rights have been in jeopardy.”
“I am thankful for the endorsement of the Recreational Fishing Alliance of Texas, and vow to continue fighting against overregulation and big government policies that harm our marine, boat, and tackle industries,” said Governor Abbott. “Over the next four years, we will create an even brighter future for the state of Texas, and work to expand Texas’ most prosperous industries that create jobs and strengthen our economy.”
