AUSTIN – The San Antonio Professional Firefighters Association (SAPFFA) today endorsed Governor Greg Abbott for four more years. Since 1918, SAPFFA has worked to safeguard the well-being of San Antonio firefighter and paramedic members while ensuring and improving the safety of San Antonio citizens.
In a video released today, Christopher Steele, President of SAPFFA, spoke highly of Governor Abbott’s commitment to public safety throughout Texas. Steele said, “Governor Abbott has extensive knowledge of the state and of the day-to-day issues that Texans face. He has routinely worked to enact policies that are most important to firefighters and first responders and help keep Texans safe. The San Antonio Professional Firefighters Association is honored and privileged to endorse Governor Greg Abbott in his campaign for re-election as the governor of the great state of Texas.”
