Texans for Greg Abbott Campaign Manager Kim Snyder sent a cease and desist letter to Kyle Biedermann after his campaign falsely implied an endorsement from Governor Abbott for his election to House District 19.
“As Governor Abbott’s campaign manager, I demand that you cease and desist from representing to the public that Governor Abbott supports you,” reads the letter. “As you know, he has endorsed your opponent, a true conservative, Representative Ellen Troxclair. It is unfortunate that you would misrepresent Governor Abbott’s position on your campaign mail pieces, which serves to only confuse voters about who is the actual conservative candidate in the race.”
