AUSTIN – Governor Greg Abbott today received the endorsement of Turning Point Action, an organization founded by the late Charlie Kirk to elect conservative leaders across the nation.
“The work that Turning Point Action has done for Republican politics has not only shaped the future of our nation, it has reignited a new generation’s commitment to free speech and conservative values,” said Governor Abbott. “Charlie Kirk’s unwavering leadership empowered countless of young Americans to stand boldly for faith, family, and freedom—especially when those values are under constant attack. Here in Texas, free speech is the foundation of liberty and will always be cherished. Together, we will defend those values and ensure Texas, and America, remain safe, prosperous, and free for generations to come.”
“Governor Abbott has consistently fought to protect Texas families and defend the principles that make our state exceptional, and Turning Point Action is proud to endorse him,” said Turning Point Action Strategic Director of Endorsements Emma McCausland. “His bold action on border security, parental rights, and economic growth reflects the America-First leadership our movement demands.”
Since its founding in 2019, Turning Point Action has emerged as the country’s leading grassroots organization, providing voters with information about local, state, and federal elections to foster conservative ideals and shape future leaders. This organization empowers voters to engage the conservative base at a grassroots level to fight for the future of America.
