Register to vote today!

Registering to vote in Texas is quick and easy. Follow these steps to get registered to vote in your county.

To vote in Texas you must be:

  • A US Citizen
  • A legal resident of the county where you plan to vote
  • At least 18 years of age on election day
  • Never convicted of a felony

As long as you meet these requirements you are ready to begin the registration process. To check if you are already registered to vote click here and have your driver’s license or voter ID card close by.

If you are not yet registered to vote in Texas, you can register in-person at your county’s Voter Registrar Office. In many counties, the Tax Assessor-Collector is also the Voter Registrar.

If you may also fill out an online application, print it, and send it via mail to your county’s Voter Registrar. Make sure you know your county of residence before filling out the application.

Once you are finished, make sure to urge all your fellow Republicans to register as well and show up on election day!
